I ordered the correct size and the original topper was arranged for pick-up in one simple short transaction and couldn't have been easier. They even refunded my money for the first topper before it had been collected. What a great company to deal with. Oh, and the product is very good too :-) and has made an uncomfortable mattress comfortable to sleep on.”
