“I bought one of these, maybe a year or so ago, but just been asked to review it. I'd been recommended to get one for my back issues, by a good friend. She said it felt like floating on a cloud. I found it quite hot, so no need for an electric blanket or hot water bottle. I've abandoned it as I needed to change the mattress and got an Emma which already has the mattress topper built in. I went back to the spare bed, where the Panda resides, for a couple of nights but that mattress needs replacing too, but it reminded me how warm the topper is. I went back to my Emma mattress bed. A mattress topper won't fix a poor mattress. If you can afford it buy a new mattress with the topper built in. A friend got a Panda as she needed softness for her failing hips.”

“This is the second one I bought, first was for grandson to take to Uni. Was so impressed, I bought one for my sofa bed, to make it more comfortable.

“Aside from the usual bedding this is the best addition to already comfortable mattress.
The gel topping gives the feeling of sleeping on a very soft surface whilst at the same time offering support and moulding to your body shape.
Each time I change my bedding I turn the topping over and leave it to resettle for a few hours and then turn it back and remake my bed. This gives it the fullness and shape again. It’s not necessary to do this but it’s like a soft even cloud again.”
