“The customer service was outstanding I can't fault it. The speed of delivery is perfect and very fast.
The only comment I have is the packaging. The bottom of the box always opens. I have passed to the team to tape the bottom box but this was not done on the second order. I'm lucky I had a considerate delivery driver who kept it the other way and kept closing it but not all drivers are like that.
I have yet to try my toppers this weekend. But it's very nice to find bamboo used.”

“We bought this mattress topper for our campervan. The bed was flat and supportive but too hard. This topper perfectly softens it whilst not losing the underlying support. It also gives us the means of easily rolling all the bedding up in one roll for storage when the bed becomes a seat. The roll isn't super compact but we didn't expect it to be. It is a new purchase so I can't comment on how well it stands the test of time.”

“This is the second one of these I have bought. It comes rolled up in a box and you just leave it to fluff up before putting on your bed. It is the thickest one for this price and doesn't make you feel too hot. It actually stays on the bed unlike others I have had which keep moving”
