The dispatch from Panda was super quick, my topper arrived within a couple of working days. It was nicely packed in a compact box, I left it for around 24 hours to decompress, I couldn't detect any bad smells. I'm very pleased with it, although it isn't as thick as I'm used to it's still very firm and supportive and I've slept well and woken feeling good as a result.
