“Nothing wrong with the ordering and prompt delivery. As far as the topper is concerned the Jury's still out. My wife thinks its very good but I still have some aches and some numbness due to pressure points although it's big improvement on what we had previously. I suppose separate beds may be the answer but I wouldn't write off the product as it's a personal thing.”

“Delivery was quick and the topper boxed up well. There was a smell as expected should apparently disappear within 2-3 days - I am on day 5 and it still smells. My main disappointment is that it is supposed to keep you cool - it doesn’t! As we have had a warm spell I am going to give the topper a chance, but if it doesn’t get better I will return the item as per Panda guarantee. It is reasonably comfortable, but not as good as I had hoped.”

I’d been led to believe these types of mattresses can have a chemical smell but there is no odour from this one at all.
