“I had just a little problem with the delivery, apparently a problem with a container conming to Ireland. But the topper is great! Very soft, fluffy and cozy. No plastic smell.

“I've had one of these previously and apart from it developing a few soft spots in odd places, it is nice and comfy, and not too warm. I ordered this one on a Monday, e-mail saying DPD will deliver Wednesday. No DPD. Tracking goes nowhere. Parcel missing is one line and stock problems another. 2 telephone calls and e-mail, I eventually receive one the following Tuesday.
Bearable but not what was promised.”

“The only downside to the topper is when you first unrole it , there are two big creases where it has been folded in the box. It will be warm and cosy to lie on in winter.”
“Having ordered my topper, am exstreamally dissapointed that I have not received yet. I feel let down that I had to ring the firm and ask where my order was. Was told that a whole container had gone missing!!!! My order amongst it. I would have appreciated a phone call or a e mail explaining this dilemma your firm find themselves in. The firm clearly knew about this situation. And failed to contact customers. I wonder how long or if the firm would have let me know. I still have not received my topper.”
