“Hearing a friend praise them I bought two Panda toppers UK size which I didnt realise were too short for our bed. Thinking they would do if fitted towards bottom of bed, we tried them out. Not a great result and looking at website again I realised I should have bought an EU size. The company offered a thirty day trial so I rang to see if we could exchange them for this reason. A helpful lady Michelle said no problem, return them for a refund and reorder. Getting them repacked into a box was a problem (they expand quite a lot when reliased from the packing) but again Michelle's advice was helpful. I ordered new toppers, returned the original. Refund made within 48 hours. What better service could one want. And toppers are just super!”
