“Ordered this as our mattress has come to the end of its life and we didn’t want to get a new mattress just yet. It has honestly been a great purchase, not given the full 5 stars as we do prefer a cool bed and it does get quite hot, so a little concerned what it will be like in the summer nights.”
“It is difficult to write a review about an item I have not received.
My initial e-mail was from DPD to inform me that my topper would be delvered on Wednesday 7th. This did not arrive. My next e-mail was from Wayne he told me that my pillows (none ordered) would be deliverd soon.
I queried this and was told by wayne and that topper would be delivered soon. I then received e-mail and phone call from Jonathan who informed that the topper might be delivered week beginning 26th.
Good customer service is vital for any business, but mixed and inaccurate messages leads to total lack of trust.”

“I bought this topper from Panda originally and they kept saying it would be delivered in a few days, I’d email again and it was a few more and I then rang up and found out they didn’t have it in stock. It was a shame as there was no need for the constant lies just let me know if you don’t have the product. Anyway I bought it from a reseller on Amazon and the product is great but the customer service leaves a sour taste”
