“Excellent service, fast and efficient. The mattress topper is wonderful, has really improved my sleeping experience and the bamboo duvet set is equally lovely, though more slippy than I imagined, it was going to be!”
“A lovely way to upgrade your existing mattress. This topper, is comfortable, cool and supportive. A much better nights sleep had by all and less aches and pains in the morning.
Easy ordering, thorough to delivery and instructions on how to unwrap and place your topper.
Would recommend”
“Have been using the topper now for approximately a week, first night I was not sure as my bad back problem with our to hard mattress was still there. I must say from second night onwards my back has been a lot better. Glad we purchased.”
“Excellent product which does exactly what it promises. Sleeping so comfortably and without excess heat. Have ordered another topper for the guest bed. Efficient delivery too. Definitely recommend this company.”
“Excellent product and fantastic customer service. We bought directly from Bamboo London - which I recommend doing, as our topper cover had a slight mark (dye stain from factory process). Customer service were speedy to deal with, polite & friendly - an apology was issued the same day and they sent a free replacement cover. We are both sleeping so much better, as the topper was needed to go on our brand new (very expensive) mattress from another brand, but the new mattress we bought just wasn't helping us sleep, as it needed time to settle, like all new mattresses do.
We now have the new mattress, the Bamboo topper and also a soft good quality thin duvet like topper on top of the bamboo topper, mainly to protect the bamboo topper & for easy weekly laundry of bedding. Highly recommended this company & their topper. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, and for me, the topper is really supportive and is helping me sleep so much better. We are both in heaven and sleeping on a cloud - this would not be possible if we did not have the bamboo topper. Thank you very much for your excellent product and fabulous customer service.”
“This is my second topper. I have a double in my Motorhome. It’s so comfortable that I brought one for our king size bed. Delighted with it, makes such a difference hence my second buy. Also have pillows too, so I am I big fan of the Panda products”
