“Excellent product and fantastic customer service. We bought directly from Bamboo London - which I recommend doing, as our topper cover had a slight mark (dye stain from factory process). Customer service were speedy to deal with, polite & friendly - an apology was issued the same day and they sent a free replacement cover. We are both sleeping so much better, as the topper was needed to go on our brand new (very expensive) mattress from another brand, but the new mattress we bought just wasn't helping us sleep, as it needed time to settle, like all new mattresses do.
We now have the new mattress, the Bamboo topper and also a soft good quality thin duvet like topper on top of the bamboo topper, mainly to protect the bamboo topper & for easy weekly laundry of bedding. Highly recommended this company & their topper. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, and for me, the topper is really supportive and is helping me sleep so much better.
