“My husband & I are extremely happy with our purchase, not just because the mattress topper works brilliantly. But because the purchase & delivery were exceptional. You were given a step by step update on delivery & it was very speedy.
The topper itself fitted our kingsize bed perfectly. We left it unwrapped & flat for 24hrs to let it fluff up & any smells disappear which worked well. The gripped underside works well as the topper never moves. It is wonderfully comfortable & most of our aches & pains caused by our old mattress have vanished. The only thing we don’t feel it achieves is the temperature control side of life, we find it quite warm but it’ll be fabulous in the winter. That said it’s not a game changer for us & would definitely recommend a purchase if you are considering one.”

“Delivery was amazingly fast. After a month, so far, so good. Memory foam is a novelty for me and I really like the cosy feel, especially as I feel the cold easily. Personally I don't like the pushback of springs and bounciness; I prefer this feel. However I agree with the advice of Panda London that it would work best on a firm mattress. I think it is too soft/unsupportive on a soft mattress. (I also wonder if it would be best on a springy mattress instead of a memory foam-type mattress.) At the moment it's on our unsupportive mattress which I turned onto its "wrong side" for a firmer base. I would love to try this topper on a firmer mattress, as there would be good support which is needed, but with this topper as a soft layer to cushion the firmness. I haven't needed to call but I appreciate that there is a telephone number on the website where you can contact them if need be.”
“I always thought a firm mattress was good for back pain but have been suffering lately. Saw the advert for Panda London on Facebook and decided to try the bamboo topper. I can honestly say it's made such a difference. I move from my back to my side a lot and it's helped to support my hips and shoulders, which is great for my osteoarthritis issues. I don't wake up feeling like I've been lying on concrete anymore. Took a few days to get used to but now I couldn't do without it.”
