“It is as good as it says - it is a mattress topper - good quality memory foam - totally resets as soon as you remove weight. We now used it for 2 month and there is no sign of it compressing. Softens up a hardish bed but will of course not fix a very hard bed - for that you may need two of these.
I find the product very good, it does not slip, id does stay cool. On our quite hard mattress ONE extra cm in depth probably would have made all the difference - but as it is we are very happy and can now keep that mattress.
No way do you roll together in the middle unless the mattress underneath has a major problem !! So don't blame to topper.”
“Our topper arrived very quickly after ordering and about the only downside I can say about it is that the box that it arrived in was too flimsy for the weight of the topper and it was falling out of the bottom of the box. It needed additional strapping. However the topper itself was well wrapped in plastic and was not affected by its rather awkward arrival!
In all other respects we have been delighted. Excellent delivery time, customer service and product. Our sleep has been much improved and it is VERY comfortable!!!! Highly recommended.
To answer all those that complain about:
.... the smell. We didn't find the smell offensive and used the topper from the first night we received it. It wore off after a couple of days and is no problem
... the topper moving on the bed. In my experience all toppers move about on the bed but I have found the Panda topper to be quite secure by comparison. We have a deep mattress and the elastic was quite tight and has worked well.
... expansion. The topper expanded to its full depth within a few hours. I found it helped to unzip the cover to let it 'breathe' and move a bit.
All in all an excellent topper and an excellent experience. Thank you Panda.”
“I love the feel of my topper. It feels soft, but supportive. The straps seem to hold it in place on the mattress. So far I have slept well on it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it does tend to make my bed a bit warmer, though not as warm as other memory foam I have tried. It is fine to have that warmth now, just hope it is not too hot in the summer.”

“I love my mattress topper (comfortable, not too hot, sustainable etc) so far but the delivery of it was pretty sloppy. Panda gave my address wrong to the delivery company and so it was delivered to the wrong house and the driver had to come back the next day to redeliver which was v inconvenient for me as I’d taken the day working from home and rearranged meetings etc. However it was easy enough to get hold of them and they rectified it within an hour and gave me 15% off as compensation,”
