Order arrived on time, beautifully packed and everything was exactly as described....there was the slight smell coming off the topper and yes, it did take a couple of weeks for it to completely disappear but it wasn’t an unpleasant smell and the topper itself is superb....it remains cool in hot weather and cosy when colder. Extremely comfortable without being unsupportive. Highly recommended.”
