“After using the tipper for almost a month I'm really happy with it. We'd just bought a new mattress and it was that little bit too firm so needed something to soften it.
We chose the panda topper because of the trial period, delivery was fast although the box really needs to be better secured (no tape used) as it was open when it was delivered.
The topper gives great cushioning effect and I do t feel pressure in my shoulders or hips when side sleeping (on top of a medium mattress)
The smell wasn't too strong so has mostly gone and we could sleep on it the same day as delivery.
My only criticism (and the reason for the lack of a star) is that the 'cooling gel' is not that effective. I've used memory foam for years and I found this one less breathable and hotter than ones I've had in the past, not sure how I'll use it in the summer.

“I'd been struggling with back ache so decided to give this a try as it was on offer at Costco with a 30 night money back trial period. The ordering & delivery process was easy and it arrived on time. The first couple of nights of using the topper I wasn't sure about it but I'd read reviews that said give it a couple of nights which I did.
