It is very pleasant to touch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit too soft for me (I decided to buy a new mattress) and I had to return it. The return process itself turned out to be easier than I thought. Very good customer service (thank you Jelena). I had a problem with the courier who did not show up and claimed he was. However, the company re-shipped another one at no extra cost. I was also able to use a replacement box for return shipping. Money returned within a week. Thank you.”
