“I bought this after reading that the topper was 'orthopaedic' and all the good reviews, which I find hard to believe. The topper was so soft, that my husband and I were unable to lie on it comfortably. The customer service team were excellent though at helping me to organise the collection and return, so from that perspective I'm happy. But sad that the topper was unsuitable for us.”
“Wanted a new mattress but due to lockdown unable to go and try out in shops, so decided on a topper as didn’t won’t to waste spending a lot of money on something that couldn’t be tried out first, read all reviews on different toppers and this one came out best in our opinion, and was not disappointed the first night we woke in the morning and found we have some aches and pain, and thought we had made a mistake but have now been sleeping on it for 3 weeks and since that first night we have had lovely night sleep and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed so glad we decided on this topper, and now thinking of getting the pillows”

“Excellent company.I purchased both materess topper and pillow both memory foam.Topper was excellent,however could not get on with pillow.Company give a period to try,30 days I believe and if not satisfied you can have a full refund.Just to say they even sent me out a softer pillow to try,which didn't suit me either.A full refund was given for the pillow.There products are excellent and there customer service is above and beyond. Very impressed.”
