“I am very pleased with my new Panda bed topper. However, I made a big mistake on my first order as I ordered a king size instead of a small double. The firm was very helpful and allowed me to return the item. They also arranged for a courier to come and collect it from me.
I only have one suggestion and that is the original delivery box is not very secure. the top and bottom arrived undone but then one delivery and the helpfulness of the firm is excellent”
“We each have a Panda duvet and topper now and, frankly, I can't think why we waited so long! The duvets are luxurious and somehow light/heavy at the same time so you stay at just the right temperature (how does that work?!) and the topper makes bed THE most comfortable place to be - I sleep so much better now because I'm supported in all right places AND it helps to keep me cool.
