“WOW, what can I say, so comfy, just amazing the mattress topper has added about 2 inches to the top of my bed ,I am menopausal so get hot one minute then cold the next, the topper and pillow seems to adjust to those temperature changes so I get a better night's sleep, just love it.”
Thank you for your review and also for speaking with us earlier today. Unfortunately, the order was damaged via DPD en-route to Belgium and we were not notified. As discussed, we have re-sent immediately and will be opening a claim with DPD to understand what has happened.
