“I ordered online a double mattress topper from Panda. As we had not yet received our camper van I could not check to see the fit. Unfortunately the topper was a little too wide for the rib bed when it arrived. I thought about returning the topper for another size, but as we were due to go on our travels within days I realized that there wouldn’t be enough time to replace it with a smaller size, so decided to keep it after all.
How glad am I! Sleeping in the rib bed without a topper was so uncomfortable! I found aches and pains I didn’t know I had! The topper transformed our sleep. It was so comfortable we actually slept better than we would normally at home! The extra width was not a problem as it tucked up at the sides and kept things from disappearing down the side of the seats!
May I say that the customer service was excellent. When I emailed them to discuss the return of the topper I received an answer in under an hour with very reasonable offers to resolve my situation .

“I'm finding the mattress topper more comfortable than my old mattress however my husband finds it too soft. I bought it for its claimed cooling properties and while it is probably less heat retaining than other memory foam mattresses,it still retains a lot of heat & can feel like an electric blanket in the warm weather”
“I've been using a Panda mattress topper for the past month and I'll keep it. I bought it to add a softer layer to an otherwise good, but slightly too firm, hybrid mattress from another company, and it does that job well. For some context, I'm male, age 75, 165 cms height and 58 kg and a side sleeper. I have one perpetually sore hip; the other is OK and only aches very slightly and intermittently, but is quite sensitive to firm surfaces. Sleeping on the less painful side is excellent - plush, comfortable, supportive, in fact everything I hoped for - and I sleep well. Trying to sleep on the more painful side is actually tolerable for up to twenty minutes or so, but eventually, despite the softness it starts to ache. I think anything compressible, however soft, would still have this effect over time. I still end up on one side most of the night, but it is still a lot more comfortable than my good quality medium-firm mattress alone. I'm also a warm sleeper, but the topper still seems to keep the temperature tolerable even on hot summer nights. Other observations: the topper is slightly enveloping - there's a feeling of gently sinking into it - and turning over is a tiny bit more effortful, but this is marginal. Build quality is very good. There are also no signs of dips or indentations after sleeping; the foam springs back. Overall, I'm happy with it, and I'm starting to look at Panda pillows also.”
“I still got very hot using this topper which was supposed to be cool for sleeping on. Also it lacked support, and I ended up with lower back pain. Didn't work for me so I have sent it back. It doesn't deserve a single star but I had to give it one so that I could send off this review.”
“Fixed the issue I was having with my lats being sore, but now I have a different issue with the middle of my back being in pain. It's helped in some ways but not others. Not a miracle fix by any stretch.”
