“My apologies, this does not reflect on the very good customer service team, but what I received wasn't new, the box had been taped up after being opened and I'm sure that the warehouse wouldn't send out an item in that conditionâť“ so I never bothered to open the box and arranged to send it back the next day.
I would have loved to give an honest review of the topper but was totally disappointed with what I received.”

“Delivery was excellent and received before date. It took a couple of days to settle in to the mattress, it seemed a bit hard to start but my body soon moulded in to it. I suffered a lot waking up every morning with a very stiff back no more stiffness. I would highly recommend it not just for its comfort, it helps sooth aching painful joints and back. Best nights sleep ever since i purchased the mattress. I have osteoarthritis and I wouldn't be without this topper.”
