“Packaged well, didnt take long to fully thicken out , I didn’t think it looked as thick as it did in the picture, that said, proof is in the sleeping, and both of our fitbits reported much better sleeps since we have had this. Love it and very pleased. Also when i chased delivery, customer service was fast in helping me , no complaints here!”
