“I order this topper on line and was told at the last minute DHL would deliver on Friday 13th after I left for the weekend. I rearranged delivery to Wednesday 18th, but it did not arrive. I've tried to call DHL but got online messaging only. They say it's out for delivery - as they said yesterday. I am going away again today, but am now unable to redirect or change the delivery again. Why is this so hard? I knew I'd be away both weekends and chose a date I would be in so that I could be here for it. I expect it will be great - when it arrives.”
