“Honestly, having read the reviews and decided to take a risk and purchase this product (though there is no risk, you can return it within 30 days if it doesn't work for you), I still didn't believe a mattress topper could be as good as this is. It's just heaven to sleep on. I've slept without a pillow under my knees for the first time in over 10 years. I can even lie on my back and feel comfortable. It just melts around your body and holds you as you relax into it. It's not too firm or too soft. It's like I imagined memory foam should be before I bought a top-of-the-range memory foam mattress that was so impossible to sleep on I had to send it back. After just 7 nights of sleep on this, I've stopped getting out of bed feeling like I've been trampled on by a horse. My whole body feels better. I have long-standing back issues and I've been seeing osteopaths for more than 30 years. “Well firstly customer services are very good at replying. I asked 2 different topper manufacturers what the Density of the foam was . Only Panda answered 50 which after researching Density foams its about a medium. Firstly I must point out my current topper is 7.5cms and 40 Density...soft.. and I have lower back ache this is why I was changing it.. I am a side sleeper and weigh 75kg I also sleep on a Tempur cloud mattress which is to hard without a topper. So.....I ordered this Panda one i was concerned as its only 5cms and would of preferred the option to have it thicker. When It came i opened and allowed it to inflate for 24 hrs. Now the first night I was in pain in my hips as I have arthritis of the lower spine. I had a terrable restless night. I was about to pack it up and send it back when I decided to put 2.5cms of memory foam under the Panda topper making it 7.5cms deep. Now that done the trick. I'm currently sleeping from 10pm to 4am which is good for me as at 61 you don't need as much sleep, before I bought the Panda I was waking at 12, 2am 4am etc... after all this and only having it for 7 days I think I'm going to keep it. A note to customer services do it in 7.5cms as well. My arthritis needs more padding. If it didn't have the 40 night free trial i would never of ordered it as I have quite a few topper which are no good for different reasons.”
