“I bought a mattress topper from Panda . Unfortunately the topper come with some discolouration . I contacted to customer services and received a very prompt response . They were kind and reassured me that I could get full refund . I decided to keep the topper but they offered to give me 40 percent discount who I thought was very generous . I’m pleased with the overall quality of topper despite some discolouration and creases . I’m very satisfied with the customer services and would buy toppers for my children bed . However would make sure that this time I received right products so no need to return / refund as I hate this .
