“I don't know what the pillow is like as it never arrived. I emailed on 19/12/25 and had no response. Did the online chat on 12/01/2025. Confirmed the parecel had been returned to them but had never thought to refund the money. Finally received the refund. Not planning to re-order.”
“My 3 year old daughter loves it so much that she doesn’t want to share with her pillow! Feels soft and like it will last till she needs a new one. One downside to it is that Panda doesn’t have pillow cover for it, so the pillowcase that we have on does slide around but doesn’t seem to impact her sleep which is good.”
