“Ordered bamboo pillows for the 3rd time. The set that arrived were not the same quality as previous purchases. I contacted Panda and informed them of my concern. They sent a further set of pillow covers and these were of the same quality as previous purchases. The quick response to remedy the situation was excellent.”
“I love this hybrid pillow and pillow case. It is like sleeping on a cloud! My only issue is that the pillow case shrinks so much and I’ve followed the washing instructions completely. My previous pillow cases are now so small It’s a mission to get it on my pillow and does compact it down a lot. And unfortunately now one zip has broken from trying to get it on the pillow! Hoping this new one doesn’t follow the same pattern but already on the first wash it’s shrunk.”
“To be fair I ordered the wrong covers for the pillows I’d just received from you so that was entirely my mistake but the returns process is not easy and I had to seek help from the chatbot/customer service as the option to return the covers didn’t appear in the items for return section - which is odd as the system asks for your order number you’re returning so you’d expect it to be a bit smarter than it is.
That said, I’ve ordered a lot from panda london this year and I LOVE the products, the ethos and the whole concept, and will no doubt buy more in the future.”
