“Sadly, due to a series of blunders on the part of Panda, 7 weeks after ordering this I had still not received it. they also stopped answering my emails until I finally suggested I might have to take it further up the chain of command. Then they were sweet and efficient BUT I STILL haven't received the refund I've been promised! I dont think I can bear the thought of ordering anything from them again. It's a shame, as their products do get good reviews. Thank heavens for Dunelm!”
