“We used Panda a few times before, but this time they Sent me a duvet cover and not the sheet we ordered. Not a problem it happens, emailed customer services who were only interested in me sending the cover back before correcting their mistake despite me asking what happens about getting the correct sheet? They ignored that question leaving us without a sheet for the new mattress. Won't be using Panda again. Poor customer relations im afraid. Save your money as if an issue arises the resolution wont be what you require.”
“The fitted sheet was the correct size but elastic to enable tight fit was poor. Given its silky texture and lack of secure fitting the sheet tends to ride up and need refitting every night”
