“Initially we received a pillow with some defects and stain but their customer service manager Matt, handled the issue promptly and effectively. We received a new one very quickly and my son finds this new pillow comfortable to sleep on.”
“Unfortunately, the pillow has to be returned due to its nonstandard size which I only realised after the purchase. I cannot comment on the quality of the product, but the customer service is absolutely terrible! I've been waiting for almost a month to receive a return label from the time I submitted a return form, despite the fact that the return was acknowledged and several emails exchanged with the company. An absolute disgrace!”

“I'm a slight 5'7 woman who has always struggled with finding a supportive pillow due to hypermobility. Finally, to find a memory foam pillow that isn't 10ft high is a delight. It takes a week or so to get used to. Would be nice if this could be the width/depth of a standard sized pillow so it fills the pillowcase and make it easier to roll over on and not fall off, so perhaps make that an option in your adult pillow section.”
“Bought pillows for my self and my wife and i can say the feeling is amazing. For my kid pillow could be more soft, he is just four years so maybe a bit too hard.”
“Comfy and plush for my little one, but after just one wash the cover is all bobbly and now uncomfortable so have to put a pillow case on top which defeats the point of the bamboo.”
