“This pillow is firm but seems to give a comfy support for neck, shoulders, arms or back, at the same time. Washable cover and great quality. Foam smell at first but not overpowering and wears off. Doesn't get too hot like some foam. Ideally need a headboard or wall behind as does move if none.”

“Initially we received a pillow with some defects and stain but their customer service manager Matt, handled the issue promptly and effectively. We received a new one very quickly and my son finds this new pillow comfortable to sleep on.”
“Unfortunately, the pillow has to be returned due to its nonstandard size which I only realised after the purchase. I cannot comment on the quality of the product, but the customer service is absolutely terrible! I've been waiting for almost a month to receive a return label from the time I submitted a return form, despite the fact that the return was acknowledged and several emails exchanged with the company. An absolute disgrace!”
