I was suffering from back and neck pain and Iwent from a down pillow to this one and I was sceptical due to the firmness but chose it due to it's good reviews and very reasonable price. I adapted to it very quickly and haven't once in 2 months had any pain. Head sinks right in nice design and packaging too”
