“I already have the cheaper Bamboo Pillow, which I really like. I bought this more superior Hybrid Bamboo, with a view that it may be better still( Especially as you can buy it on a 30 day trial). Unfortunately it was too low and too soft for me, hence I returned it within the 30 day trial period. I returned the pillow f.o.c and received my refund in just over a week. Happy with their service.”
