“Packaging was just enough without any superfluous packing. Pillow had an off smell when first removed from package, but this disappeared after a few days of airing. The pillow was bigger width wise than expected. Comfort wise it seems to be fine and I'm impressed that there is less of an issue with the pillow getting warm like other pillows that I've had. Pillow is expensive but so far seems to be worth it. Time will tell if this opinion holds.”
