Contacted customer service who took weeks to respond and by that time was too late to resolve before Christmas. Response finally offered resolution that was of no use to me and have not since heard from them again for 3 weeks. Will not be purchasing from these again.”
“This is definitely one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever tried. It’s soft but supportive and that’s wonderful. My only complaint is that my head and neck often get too hot where they sink into the pillow.”
