“The Mattress Topper itself is fine BUT and it is a BIG BUT. The UK and EU single size toppers come rolled up. Folded vertically in half and then rolled into a tight plastic covering. This means that upon opening and for many many days, weeks even, you have a raised line running down the topper which can be felt when lying on it (The princess and the Pea story springs to mind here). It takes a lot of walking up and down on the topper, counter rolling the topper both horizontally and verticall to try and eliminate this raised central line. It is after all called memory foam. Why or why do you not pack the single toppers just by rolling them up horizontally with no fold whatsoever? Yes, the dimensions of your packing box would change (taller but thinner) but the volume wouldn't...granted could not do this for double/king size toppers etc but for single toppers, T'would be a doddle...Don't get it.”

“My rheumatologist suggested I get a topper for my bed to help with osteoarthritis in my shoulder. I researched via Google and was impressed by the Panda product. Plus, we have an EU sized bed and not all suppliers cater for that. The Topper arrived promptly and we followed the instructions to open it up and leave it to expand for 12+ hours. Once on the bed and in use it was perfect. Soft, but not too soft. Very comfortable. I wish I had bought one earlier! Would recommend.”

I was told to air it and left it on our balcony for 2 days. After using it the smell made me feel sick and also affected my wife. I know that you say it takes 10~12 days to lose it, but I am mystified as to why you don't leave them to air for at least 2 weeks before selling them. If the 10#12 days are accurate you should not then have any returns.”
