“Lovely feel to the mask and great that it’s bamboo. Unfortunately, the thin elastic strap has an adjuster that creates a hard bump (like the adjuster on the back of a bra strap). If you are a side sleeper this is really uncomfortable so not worth the price sadly.”

“The eladtic strap turned out to be very uncomfortable when it was tried on for less than a minute and despite the fact it hadn’t been worn or slept in the company refused to accept it as a return. I see no difference in trying this item compared to trying on clothes in a shop and then putting them straight back, but there we are. Wouldn’t use them again.”
