“In roughly 13 months both the fitted sheet and duvet cover failed resulting in sizable holes forming.
As I was just outside of the 1 year warranty, Panda refused to help replace the duvet cover.
Extremely disappointed in the longevity of the products and the response from customer services, particularly from a company that prides itself on sustainability.
Lovely products at first but they simply do not last.
Avoid Panda as customer services simply won't be there when you need them.”
