“I have recently ordered from panda and bave recieved not fit for purpose bed sheets pillow cases etc. I originally contacted them as a normal customer to discuss the issue on live chat and was told to email pictures and visuals to a email address and the chat would be logged. No response so i restarted live chat was again advised please re email did this. I broke down the issue on email and recieved a generic email back asking me what was wrong. I then replied again the same detailed email with images then a further email i am still yet to reply. I am dissapointed and will be posting reviews everywhere. Can someone please message me with an update. I did not want to write here but have had too to try get a response.”
“Lovely soft and smooth, ties inside each corner so you can easily secure into position inside. Not a huge fan of the wooden buttons because they’re stiff and I feel they’ll come loose over time. Overall I think they’re great if you want to treat yourself.”
