“Unfortunately, and annoyingly, we still have not received the product over a week after ordering, so we are unable to review. And Panda, on my enquiry (when it should have been the courier, DPD informing me) tell me it will be after Christmas before we receive.
Clearly not Panda's fault but this and the lack of info from DPD is off putting.”

“Got in touch with Panda a few months ago to ask if the pillow cases had an envelope closure at the back or the side. I was told the back so I put these on my wish list and bought them in the black Friday sale. Just opened them to pop them in the wash and the envelope closure is at the side, which is annoying. Really don't like side openings because the pillow always wants to set itself free it seems. Now stuck with these. They're in the wash so will see how they wear but so far not happy with pillowcase closure, especially as I asked first.”
