“This bedding is beautiful! Really luxurious to feel and looks fabulous. It has completely solved my body temperature issues!
But… the quality and endurance of the actual bedding craftsmanship falls short. On the first wash, a button came off and one of the button holes tore (so cannot be repaired). Customer care were excellent and sent me a new duvet cover replacement promptly.
But the new one has cotton frays along one seam edge and a hole (torn fabric again) at one end of the opening, after its first wash!!
The edges either need to be double seamed/strengthened, or something needs to be done to give the fabric longevity. I’m in love with this fabric, but for the price, it’s not living up to the endurance bedding requires.”

“Purchased for my Partner's 50th Birthday, received a text message after sneaking them on the night before saying 'Hmmm, silky smooth, love them', thought I was onto a winner. Unfortunately on washing them for the second time, I found one of the buttons in the bottom of the drum, it had not come loose but had been torn from its holding ripping a hole (see attached photo) which was most disappointing, have to say I was a bit dubious when purchasing as buttons on a super-king size are a pain in the proverbial anyway, but assumed they would be very well made - this is not a cheap set of bedding and I had expected better, in future I will wash them in a washing bag to reduce any possibility of further damage - shame, would have given 5 stars but now I have to embark on a repair to stop further deterioration of the damage!”
