“Bed sheets don't fit as per the described sizes.
There's nothing worse than having the bedsheets keep slipping up and over each corner at night..also the customer service is rather unresponsive to my issue,and have not come back with a resolution on this matter. Not a happy customer”

“I've had bamboo pillows for around 1 year and love them. My only complaint was that I couldn't get pillow cases to fit. So I bought Bamboo's pillow cases. Unfortunately they're also standard size; far too big for the pillows, meaning they twist, crumple and fall off through the night. The material feels nice, but that doesn't matter when they come off anyway”
“This is gorgeous bedding, I have made several purchases from the brand and I'm always very happy with my purchases.
The bedding washes very well and is soft and silky smooth. It creases easily but not in a crinkly scratchy way that cotton does.
I have only 1 small complaint about the duvet covers, and it is easily remedied at home. I dislike the bamboo buttons, I find that they are difficult to fasten as I have dexterity issues from osteoarthritis. I also find that during washing the bamboo buttons expand which can cause them to become stuck which can ultimately end in the fabric tearing. I find that replacing the buttons with smaller less heavy ones helps a lot. I'd ideally like the bamboo buttons to be smaller and thinner but I am honestly content to just switch them out for smaller plastic ones, and reuse the bamboo buttons elsewhere.”
