“I have EDS so a good matress is very important to me! I already had the pillow and got the oportunity to have a new matress chairty funded, so I chose this one. I don't regret it! It's firm but not too hard, my husband rolling over bothers me a lot less and my neck has improved after sleeping on it for a month. I also note I sleep deeper. I have an allergy to dust mites so my poofy face in the morning had decreased due to it being uninhabitatal to them. I reccomend this mattress to anyone looking for a firm place to sleep. It also feels as if it breathes under you and you don't get sweaty at night(though I am yet to use it in the summer.)
The delivery men were great but their head office wasn't. They should have an option to tick what size of matress you are returning to prevent them having to come back due to not enough van room. The office they had to ring seemed unorganised and not good at customer service but the delivery/collection men themselves were very polite and thorough.
As a note, this is a matress in a box so you don't need too much space to get it in! It did have a chemical smell the first few days but has dissipated now.”

Yes on arrival mattress does have a strong chemical smell but if you follow the instructions provided and leave mattress too breathe for as long as you can, this soon diminishes.
