“I purchased the personalised lion backpack for a first birthday gift for my grandson. It’s beautiful and my daughter loved it.
Initially they sent me a faulty product with one of the lion ears flopping forward. They replaced it so efficiently and promptly. They shouldn’t have sent out the faulty product but top marks for the prompt replacement.”
