“The backpack seems to be of good quality and it is cute. However, My 1st Years are the worst company to deal with. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address: the photo was showing it was left in front of someone else's home and even the courier had marked the wrong building on the map. Nevertheless, My 1st Years refused to do anything until a Crime Reference Number is obtained by the police. By requiring me, as the buyer, to go through further hurdles to obtain my package, My 1st Years are in breach of contract. They have a duty, as the seller, to ensure safe delivery of the goods and, if there is an issue, they must reimburse the buyer or provide a replacement. The courier was overall more helpful than My 1st Years. Unfortunately, due to the lack of cooperation by My 1st Years I had to file a report with the police, which was completely ridiculous. I think they have good quality products, but the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I don't recommend bothering with them. They are products are not exceptional to have to deal with their inability to provide good customer service. Have a look at Trustpilot before purchasing from them. You will see very similar reviews.”
