Another major bargain from mx5parts! Superb quality, 100% polished Stainless Steel, single exit exhaust for the Mk2 and 2.5. Made exclusively by us, for us, this great exhaust has 57mm main pipework and a 90mm dual sleeve exit pipe. Fits Mk2/2.5 1998>2005 Looks like it should be £300.00 worth. Five year warranty!

“Great stuff, went straight on at the local exhaust shop, but thats with the centre section as well on my 2.5, so can't comment on any troubles others have reported. the fitting guys were impressed with it too. Feintest of differance in noise with mild driving but turns into a monster when booting up the rev's. In other words, you can howl like a boy racer if you want, but without the irritating idle noise you hear on a chav's corsa.With a K&N Typhoon in addition, GTi baiting now even more fun... happy daysImportant point though, if you have to choose between this and an intake, the K&N Typhoon is the absolute first thing on the list!”

“A super exhaust, very well made and makes the 5 sound like the sports car it is. Lets the engine rev better at the top end I felt. It takes longer to remove the old silencer than to fit the s/s unit but well worth the effort. Gives you somthing else to polish aswell.”

“Arrived very promptly. My local small specialist garage had no problems fitting it. Sounds just right. Not "boy-racer" but makes the car sound like a "sports car". A nice throaty sound on start-up, a bit louder (and nicer!) under acceleration but no louder than standard on a steady throttle. Excellent value. The mechanic (who sees lots of exhausts!) commented very favourably.And my comments are from a 64-year-old who has decided that, if he is going to enjoy his MX5 as a "fun" car, then it must sound fun as well.”

“Great service with prompt delivery. Took about an hour to fit and another hour to slightly 'tweak' the hangers to get the pipe clear of the bodywork. As others have said the flange holes do not align perfectly and a bit of work is needed with a round file to get to fit. Quality made product and it just adds that slight noise increase which sounds great.”
