Double crimped woven stainless steel mesh gives the grille extra strength - A perfectly snug fit every time - It will not damage the paint-work during fitting, nor will it rattle & chafe the paint-work as the car is being driven, because it has an all round 'paint-work friendly' vulcanized rubber edging - The Grille is held firmly in place by means of concealed stainless steel brackets and can be fitted comfortably within 30 minutes - The Stainless Steel rim and the mesh are electro-polished to give a permanent lustre.

“Hi,i just received this morning my delivery, with the lockwood Mesh Grille.I ordered from Belgium two days ago...Fast service, no ?Perfect looking out of the box, but i was afraid to place it on the car, i'm no expert in "do it yourself".The assembly plan is not very clear, but within half an hour, it was mounted on the car with a perfect looking.It's a bit expensive, but it's worth the price..”

“Excellent quality item. Excellent instructions made fitting this very easy. I had to slightly bend the bottom brackets or they would've not fitted snugly against the lower lip of the front bumper. It looks fantastic now fitted.”

“Geat bit of kit. Fixed in about one hour and looks the muts nuts. I was also able to mount on the grill my old style AA badge and IAM badge to enhance the appearance even further.”

“A top class product. Looks stunning with Sunlight Silver bodywork. Arrived promptly via Royal Mail. Very well engineered with excellent finish and comprehensive instructions. Stainless steel components. Took about 40 minutes to fit. Applied the advice of an earlier reviewer who used fuse wire to locate the lower bolts. This time I used 30 cm length of fine garden wire. Stripped off about 3 cm of the plastic coating from one end which was then passed down through the locating hole. Wrap bare wire around end threads of bolt and carefully pull up through hole. Saves much time and awkward fiddling. 10mm ring spanner underneath and 10mm socket on top to tighten nuts. Completes the front end beautifully.”

“This is the second one of these I have bought. Got one for my old mk 2 and was so impressed that I got another one for my 2.5. The service was as ever fantastic - next day delivery, and the quality of the grill is second to none. Fiddly to fit, but certainly worth it. Took about an hour or so.”
