being an int. truck driver i have managed to get great ideas for things to eat while im away from home being hot or cold full meals or Snacks

I bought the training plan so had to buy the nutrition plan too. I know it is not essential but if I can incorporate that into my 'new' lifestyle then I feel I will benefit.

Since C-19 I have been eating and drinking what ever I wanted. Didn’t care what I put in my body. My riding time didn’t change but I did begin putting on weight. Also I couldn’t start my usual routine of weights and riding my spin bike. I needed something to get me going. I finally purchased this nutrition guide and so glad I did. This is what I needed I’m back eating right and back on my routine. Thank you Matt !!

Hi , the plan is good and informative , although I was expecting more . I wish there had been more examples of meals daily / weekly plans .
