“I founds Matt's training program through Instagram and I have to say I was instantly I was instantly hooked. I am an avid gym fan so I was please to see a lot of strength training in this program and the interval sessions are tough but rewarding. Its early days yet but I believe I've made a great investment. I love to ride my mountain bike but whats even better is riding it for longer.”
