Love it, in my 2nd week and finding it really easy to follow. alot of effort has gone into this and every little detail is included that is needed. couldnt recommend it enough

I love this program. I am almost at the end of week 3 and already I am seeing a difference in my riding. I am a regular at the gym but it just wasn't helping. Having some direction and exercises that are targeted at my goal was exactly what I needed.

Love the fact that the pdf links straight to the videos. Really simple to use. Easy to do from home without having to invest in a gym membership/ equipment- even the dog can join in the interval sessions! Daily emails a good reminder to keep on going and supportive Facebook group. Just at end of week one but so far so good

I've started on the programme and I'm really enjoying it. Its hard work because it targets all the areas that I'm weakest. Can't wait to see the final results
