About Mooncup:

Mooncup began with a clear goal: to give people a healthier, sustainable way to manage their periods.

Back in 2002, we launched the world’s first medical-grade silicone menstrual cup, pioneering a movement that put health and the planet first. We saw an industry where profit came before people, ingredients were hidden, and plastics reigned, so we challenged the status quo.

Now, we're on a mission to become the world’s biggest sustainable period care brand. We’ve just launched Mooncup period pads into Sainsbury’s, Boots, Holland & Barrett and Look Fantastic. We’re also partnering with workplaces, gyms and hotels (like Canva, Danone, Third Space, Gymshark and Claridge’s) to offer free period care in bathrooms.

We use only science-backed, body-safe ingredients because your period products should work with your body, not against it.

Love this, the feel of tampons after a baby has not been sitting well, I used this before years ago and I am not sure why i stopped. Takes a bit of getting used too but fits comfortable, no issues with it and does not cause any discomfort.

I had always been intrigued by a menstrual cup but I was extremely nervous about switching to one. Unfortunately stupidly I forgot to remove a tampon and two weeks later (being very poorly) a doctor removed it and I decided never to risk using them again and so I switched to a moon cup and its been THE BEST decision I’ve ever made. It’s easy to use, comfortable and also the added benefit of being better for the planet. I would say to anyone who is thinking of it, go for it. Moon Cup especially come in a great package with fantastic instructions.

I had been thinking about getting a mooncup for a while and now wish I had years ago. It took a little bit to get used to, but I feel so much cleaner and good about doing my bit for the environment. Should have done this in my twenties and not waiting until I'm nearly hitting the menopause!

Fantastic. Wish I had got one sooner.

Wish I'd tried this years ago! Took me a while to get used to it but worth persisting.

I found it a bit awkward on my first attempt but I'll never look back now - using tampons seems so wasteful! I also prefer not having to worry about carrying any around with me. Easy to insert and I can't feel it at all. Definitely recommend

Took a bit of getting used to! It can be tricky to get in, but by month 3 I was hooked. I work in the trade where there aren't many toilets and nowhere to dispose of disposables easily. Yes, it can get a bit messy, but I'm even getting the hang of getting it out cleanly. It seems to hold more than my tampons ever did, meaning I can also last from beginning to end of shift without any problems.
