If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“Wished we’d known they didn’t cover Green Motion. Yes it’s in the small print but never thought to check for that & that not covering a specific rental company was ‘a thing’. Meant policy turned out to be useless for us.”

“Used SimplyExcess for multiple holidays now. The price for peace of mind is fantastic. Speaking as someone who has bought insurance at the desk SimplyExcess has been the single biggest impact on increasing my holiday budget over the past years - it's the one holiday recommendation I give to all my friends. Unfortunately I needed to claim this year and the process was effort free and I had my money back in my account within a week of being back in the UK.”

“I bought it because it had good reviews. I didn't need to use it (thank goodness) so cannot comment on whether or not it is easy to submit a claim”

“I have no real reason not to give 5 stars other than I had no cause to make a claim. I have always said that you only find out how good your insurance company is when you make a claim. Having said that, the insurance was reasonably priced and easy to buy.”

“Always the best way to arrange excess insurance, IMHO. It was very easy to do, even at the last minute, and well priced and I drew confidence from the good ratings. Luckily I didn't have to make a claim and that's why I can't give a higher rating than 4*.”
