“Very easy to apply. I never had to make a claim, but its nice to know that you've got your back covered in case of any mishap. At the same time, the excess insurance is around 6 times less than purchasing at the car rental counter.”

“Good value annual policy with sufficient cover, used MoneyMaxim comparison site. Easy to take out the policy, cannot comment on claims process as fortunately not needed.”

“Straightforward to arrange cover, competitive rates and decent cover provided. However due to not making a claim I cannot award 5 stars as you really find out what a company's all about once a claim is made.”

“I did not wish to renew my policy and the only way to cancel the policy was to send an email. Although the policy was cancelled, there was never any confirmation that the cancellation email had been received nor any confirmation that the policy had been cancelled. I was left to cross my fingers and watch my credit card statement. It was cancelled, but if this company insists on operating online only, it needs to sharpen it's pencil with respect to cancellations.”
