“This policy gave me peace of mind forthe short hire period. I did not need to make any claim as the car hire went smoothly. Simply Excess did contact me prior to the hire explaining how and where to make any claim which I think was very good.”

“I did not have to make a claim, so I cannot in all honesty give 5 stars since ultimately it is how a company handles the bad stuff which really counts, but in all other respects this was a very good buy. The coverage was comprehensive, it was easy to arrange, and the price was certainly reasonable. They did all that right, so hopefully they would get that 5th star if their claims processing was equally as easy and quick.”
