If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“I did not wish to renew my policy and the only way to cancel the policy was to send an email. Although the policy was cancelled, there was never any confirmation that the cancellation email had been received nor any confirmation that the policy had been cancelled. I was left to cross my fingers and watch my credit card statement. It was cancelled, but if this company insists on operating online only, it needs to sharpen it's pencil with respect to cancellations.”

“Excellent insurance company and much much more cheaper than car hire companies. Excellent communication they even provided tips on how to check over the hire car before collection and on returning. Luckily I didn't have to make a claim so can't comment on the claims side.”

“Simple to book the policy and good value for the year. Excellent communication. Key would be if I had to make a claim which fortunately I didn't on my first car hire with this policy. Definitely worth having such a back up as car hire companies seem to be increasingly fussy when you return a vehicle. They don't do themselves any favours when they point out minor scratches that they undoubtedly wouldn't repair, just charge you or your excess insurance.”

“I had to make a claim whilst driving in France. The online form was easy to complete and the matter was dealt with extremely promptly resulting in a successful claim. Great service. Would definitely use again”
